Solid and Granular Product Transfer Elevators

Product Transfer Elevators are used to move products around the facility, such as from a Ground Level Hopper to our OSLO Scales.

Solids and Granular products can be transported using our Inclined Belt Elevators and Z-Bucket Elevators. Normally, these are coupled with a Vibratory Feed System which gently feed the product onto the elevator.

Our team can design these systems to meet your demands like tool-less and wash-down design for easy cleaning.

Inclined Belt Elevators are normally built at a 70° angle and ‘Z’ Bucket Elevators move the product vertically perpendicular to the ground for a more compact footprint. Just about any Discharge Height can be designed and coupled with a wide range of bucket and outer frame options.
